Further to the invitation frothe BBewsnight prograe for you to discuss the "vision for a new departnt in a new gover," I respectfully subt the following assessnt and reendation.
1. Background:
The dia rea to your ret visit to wall has placed both the DSd yourself at the tre of public discourse. Your current public ige is plex and susceptible to ive interpretation.
2. Opportunities & Risks:
